About this simulation

CAQA Greenfield Agri and Landcare is a fictional business created by CAQA. Read this page before you start.

CAQA Greenfield Agri and Landcare does not exist. It has no ABN, no licences, no premises and no employees. Every person, client, supplier, record, message and document on this site was invented by CAQA so that students can practise and be assessed in a realistic agriculture, horticulture, parks and conservation setting. Any resemblance to a real organisation or person is coincidental.

The rules of the environment

  1. Treat it as a real workplace. Apply the policies, follow the procedures, keep the records, and communicate as you would with a real manager. That is what your assessor is looking for.
  2. Never enter real personal information. Do not type real names, addresses, health details, financial details or identifiers of any real person into the systems, forms or replies. Invent details that fit the scenario.
  3. Your work stays on your device. Records, replies, notes, form entries and scenario progress are saved in this browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to CAQA or any server. Clearing your browser data, or using another device, starts you from the seed data again.
  4. Print or export your evidence. Use the evidence summary on each scenario, the print button on documents, and CSV export in the systems to hand work to your assessor.
  5. Reset when you need a clean start. Each system has a Reset button. The button below resets the whole workplace on this device.

Accessibility and motion

The site works with a keyboard and screen readers, respects the reduced-motion setting of your device, and has a Motion toggle in the bottom left corner that switches off glide scrolling, parallax and animation.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Local storage is used only to keep your own simulated work on your own device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. CAQA's privacy policy applies to any contact you make with CAQA: caqaresources.com.au.

Intellectual property

The business, its documents, scenarios, data and software are the intellectual property of CAQA (ABN 53 162 651 238) and are licensed to registered training organisations. Students may print and export their own work for assessment. Reproduction for any other purpose requires CAQA's written permission.
